Applying for the
National Service Honors Award
Every active DYVA member who would like to apply for the 2023-2024 President's Volunteer Service Award should use the attached files below to log their volunteer hours that fall within the DYVA 12-month certifying period (September 1st, 2023 - August 31st, 2024).
The submission link is opened from August 20th, 2024 to September 20th, 2024, but please keep all of your documents for possible auditing by PVSA.
